Our bodies were not designed to ‘exercise’ they were designed to work! It’s only over the past 50 years that it’s become possible to make a living without enduring hard physical labour.

In this time, chronic disease has become commonplace.

In the absence of physical labour, we need to exercise. Exercise contributes to good methylation. Lack of exercise impairs methylation. Hence, we feel lethargic and suffer ill-health if we don’t participate in exercise.
